BILLING: Our fee structure is available upon request. Payment terms are net 30 days, 1.5% monthly. Checks issued to us are subject to NY GOL Section 11-104, which authorizes additional liquidated damages of the lesser of up to twice the face value of a dishonored check or up to $750, plus any applicable criminal penalties. These terms and conditions cannot be changed orally.
